HERKIMER, N.Y. – Rylee Lamphere and Gabby Kenyon scored goals less than one minute apart during the first half of Wednesday’s match and the Dolgeville Blue Devils were 6-0 winners over Herkimer on the road.

The Blue Devils already led 1-0 on a goal scored by Alexis Smith when Lamphere scored the first of her trio and Kenyon followed to make it 3-0 in the 17th minute of play. Smith scored a second goal before halftime and Lamphere completed her hat trick with a pair in the second half.

Dolgeville outshot Herkimer 19-1 and Dakota Jeffers made a single save in the shutout for the Blue Devils. Kurstin Gay started in goal and made 10 saves for the Magicians and Camryn Crossley added six in the second half.

Herkimer travels to Frankfort-Schuyler for a Friday match. Dolgeville plays at home against West Canada Valley Saturday with an 11 a.m. start.
