McGRAW, N.Y. – A goal in the second period of overtime broke a scoreless tie Tuesday and a 1-0 win over Manlius-Pebble Hill gave the McGraw Eagles a spot in Section III’s Class D quarterfinals.

The Eagles (11-5-0) will play again Thursday at undefeated and top-seeded defending champion Poland (16-0-0).

The teams played 80 minutes of regulation soccer and one full 10-minute overtime period, and were into the final minute of a second when Gracie McCall scored her goals unassisted at 99:08.

Alexis Stiles made six saves for McGraw, seeded eighth, while Hannah Warren countered with 18 for No. 9 Manlius-Pebble Hill (6-9-1).
