VAN HORNESVILLE, N.Y. — The Old Forge Eskimos won Tuesday’s fourth and fifth games and pulled out a 3-2 win at Owen D. Young.

 

The Eskimos won by scores of 25-14, 12-25, 10-25, 25-22 and 25-16.

Lalaina Hula had six aces and three digs for Owen D. Young; Evonna Mower had five aces, two kills, one block and two digs; Sonae Edick had two assists, one ace, one kill and one dig; Bailey Streid had two aces and one dig; Shelby Peplinski had six kills and four aces and Miranda Crisman had two kills and one block.

Dayna DeAngelo had 23 kills, three blocks, nine aces and 12 digs for Old Forge; Caitlin Russell had 14 assists, three aces and two digs; Mackenzie LaPorte had nine digs, one ace, one kill and one assist; Katie Ludwig had six assists and three aces; Alyssa Green had one ace, one kill and one block; Britney Levi had four digs and one assist; Rachelle Manzi had four digs; Brittany Johnson had one kill and one assist; Natalie Brownsell had one kill and Shelby Mayeu had two digs.
