WESTMORELAND — Three people have been arrested in connection with an Oct. 14 assault case, state police said.

Carlos F. Rojas, 20, of Utica, and a 15-year-old unidentified male were charged with felony second-degree burglary, felony second-degree assault and misdemeanor possession of a weapon, police said. Rojas also faces an endangering the welfare of a child charge.

A 17-year-old unidentified female also was charged with second-degree burglary, troopers said. 

The three are accused of unlawfully entering a residential garage and assaulting two men, ages 21 and 23, with a gun and glass bottle, police said.

Both victims were transported to a local hospital and released, troopers said.
