Wednesday, Jan. 16 – Barbecue chicken breast, Balsamic chick peas, green beans, peanut butter cookie.

Thursday, Jan. 17 – Mac seven cheese, stewed tomatoes, tossed salad, brownie.

Friday, Jan. 18 – Roast turkey, stuffing, butternut squash, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie.

Breastfeeding Connections Baby Weigh Stations, a place where moms can get professional breastfeeding support, as well as check baby’s weight and milk intake and connect to community resources. Cazenovia location: St. Joseph’s Physicians the Heritage Group, 132 1/2 Albany St., from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays by appointment. The second and fourth Thursdays of the month feature the Breast Feeding Café, a more social atmosphere with snacks. Two certified breast feeding specialists are on hand. Call 315-655-8171 to schedule your appointment. Oneida location: Oneida Healthcare, 607 Seneca St., Oneida, 4 to 7 p.m. Mondays and 1 to 4 p.m. Fridays. Call 315-361-2065 for an appointment. Breastfeeding Connections Café adds a light meal to the baby weigh station from 1-4 p.m. the first and third Fridays of the month. Pregnant moms are welcome to attend to meet staff, ask questions, and enjoy the company of other moms.

Morrisville Wellness Center, services include cardiovascular stress and muscle testing, body composition analysis, personalized exercise programs including preventative exercise and personal training, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesdays; and 1 to 3 p.m., Thursdays; at the Sheila Johnson Design Center, SUNY Morrisville.
