Entwistle was also carrying one gram of methamphetamine, authorities added.

Colin, Entwistle and Walters were each charged with second-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, both felonies, troopers said.

Colin, Entwistle and Walters were arraigned in Town of Sullivan court and then remanded to Madison County Jail without bail, troopers added.
