The City of Oneida’s plans to flush city water mains may impact some Sherrill residents, according to a news release from the City of Sherrill.

The flushing will occur Oct. 22, and will run through the entire week.

On Monday, Oct. 29, the Sherrill-Kenwood Water Department will also begin flushing water mains on Route 5, Prsopect Street, Rowland Place and the entire north side of the city, the release stated, with streets west of Sherrill Road planned for Tuesday, Oct. 30.

On Wednesday, Oct. 31, the city plans to flush streets east of Sherrill Road, finishing Thursday, Nov. 1 with the Kenwood Streets.

During flushing, Sherrill businesses and residents may experience dirty water and low pressure, the release added.
