The presidential limo expected to carry President Donald Trump on Monday has already made its way to Oneida County.
Trump will be somewhere in the Utica area on Monday afternoon for a fundraising event supporting Rep. Claudia Tenney’s campaign for re-election.
The president is expected to land at Griffiss International Airport in Rome late in the afternoon and then travel to Utica for the event, which is at an undisclosed location and time.
There is no information about what roads will be closed due to the visit.
The time and location will be provided upon RSVP to the event, according to a copy of the invitation obtained by the Observer-Dispatch.
The Secret Service has not approved the release of the fundraiser’s location.
The limo was kept at an undisclosed location Sunday, where those involved in the president’s detail could bring their family to see the vehicle. Officials could not release any further details.
