A woman is accused of eight felony counts following an investigation, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office said.

Tina M Stackiewicz, 48, of Constableville, was arrested after deputies responded to her residence after a 911 call, officials said. Deputies added that a search of her residence revealed 13 firearms.

Stackiewicz was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seven counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, authorities said.

Since Stackiewicz was previously convicted of a felony, she was not legally able to possess any firearms, authorities said.

Stackiewicz was processed at the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office and arraigned in the Town of New Bremen Court.

Lewis County deputies were assisted by members of the New York State Police and Lewis County Probation.
