Small businesses concerned by cybersecurity risks are encouraged to save the date for a workshop next month.
U.S. Rep. Claudia Tenney announced Thursday she will host the cybersecurity workshop alongside two representatives from Anjolen, a business that specializes in cybersecurity measures. Joseph Giordano is Anjolen's vice president and Michelle Tuttle is the business' chief training and development manager.
The workshop is scheduled from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 31 at the Rome Chamber of Commerce, 139 W. Dominick St. The workshop is free, but pre-registration is required. Those interested can register at eventbrite.com/e/cybersecurity-best-practices-for-small-businesses-tickets-46935637756.
The seminar is cosponsored by the Rome Chamber and the Mohawk Valley Small Business Development Center.
