A Camden man is facing charges following a domestic dispute late Wednesday night, according to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.
Officials said that at about 11:20 p.m., deputies responded to the incident at a location on Old State Road.
Deputies said Kenneth W. Miller Jr., 37, of Camden, is accused of making physical contact with a woman that has an active order of protection for Miller to refrain from harassment or assault of the protected party.
Miller made physical contact with the protected party during a domestic dispute while in front of two children the two have, deputies said.
Miller also damaged a door in the residence during the dispute, officials said.
After investigation of the incident, Miller was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief, officials said.
Miller was held at Oneida County Jail awaiting central arraignment, deputies said.
