The following are the high games from recent play for the Tuesday morning senior citizen bowling at Hi-Skor Lanes in Earlville. Note: the games May 1 were played as “No-Tap” – which means that every nine-pin hit was equal to a strike. It was the final day of bowling for the season.

May 1: Keith Chase 255, Bob 252, Warren Cook 222, Gary 217, Alma 190, Marge 190, Judy 186, Vic Mikalunas 170, Ellen Kelly 138, Gwen 138, Art 131, Ron Kelly 129, Joyce 128, Laureen 119, Carol 100. Keith had high series with 652.
Following the final bowling games, the seniors enjoyed an end-of-season pizza party and the 2017-18 Senior Awards were presented by Hi-Skor Lanes.
The Spike Purdy Memorial Award was presented to Marge Scott of Lebanon. The award is given for displaying dedication and commitment to the betterment of senior bowling at Hi-Skor Lanes.
Bob Marston of Georgetown was given the Most Improved Bowler Award for the senior league.
The George Busch Memorial Award, given to a senior for spirit, laughter and sportsmanship, was awarded to Alma Bikowsky of Hamilton.
The senior bowlers take a break for the summer but resume in the fall. They bowl at 9 a.m. every Tuesday morning at Hi-Skor Lanes in Earlville and everyone is invited to join them. For more information, call Hi-Skor Lanes at 315-691-3211.
