ONEIDA —Raymond R. Shlotzhauer was arrested Thursday by state police on a fourth-degree larceny warrant, state troopers said in a release.

Shlotzhauer, 51, was wanted on a warrant issued April 2 in connection to a scheme to defraud investigation in Vernon, authorities said.

He was arrested on West Elm Street in Oneida. He was brought to Oneida County jail for centralized arraignment court.
