The Colgate women's lacrosse team stormed back with a strong second half to force overtime Tuesday, March 6, but the Raiders fell to the No. 22 Cornell Big Red, 11-10, in the extra session at Beyer-Small '76 Field in Hamilton. The Big Red netted the game-winner with 12.6 second left in the extra session for the win.

Haley O’Hanlon finished with a hat-trick for Colgate, while Tara Atkinson, Natalie Washuta and Natalie Gwynn tallied two apiece. Rounding out the scoring was Payton Gabriel with one.

Samantha Croston was credited with 12 saves in the effort.

Colgate used a strong second half effort to overcome a three-goal deficit Saturday afternoon to defeat the Davidson Wildcats 10-9 at Richardson Stadium in Davidson, North Carolina.

O'Hanlon tallied her third straight hat-trick and Danielle Van Calcar netted her second career hat-trick in the victory for the Raiders.

Gabriel had a pair of goals to extend her goal-scoring streak to six games while junior Kara Marzo and first-year Courtney Quirk each scored their first career goals.

Croston recorded 11 saves in her fourth win of the season and also snagged six groundballs.
