The Cazenovia Public Library will hold three fun and educational events for kids with Jenna Wright Martin, children’s programming coordinator. These are part of their “Winter Break Explorer Days” program held in the Community Room.

Marble Runs: 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 21, for children aged 5 and older. Participants will spend the morning investigating the science behind marble runs. They will work together to design and create a marble run out of found and recyclable objects.

Cupcake Wars: 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 22, for ages 8-14. Young decorators will frost and embellish cupcakes in the style of their favorite book characters. Registration is requested.

Kitchen Chemistry - The Science of Butter: 10:30 a.m., Friday, Feb. 23, for children aged 5 and older. The hands-on workshop provides a glimpse into the science and method of butter making with Monica Cody of Cody Farm. Participants will have the chance to make and taste homemade butter. Registration is requested.
