UTICA — The Observer-Dispatch will conduct its annual Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, at Hart's Hill Inn in Whitesboro.
Job-seekers should come prepared with a resume and be dressed appropriately. There will be on-site interviewing booths available for all potential employers.
“Our Job Fair is one of the premier business community events held each year for connecting qualified job-seekers with employers,” said O-D Publisher Terry Cascioli in a news release.
The event offers free parking and admission and features potential employment opportunities for qualified individuals in such industries as health care, education, manufacturing, entertainment and more.
“Last year, there were more than 30 businesses and 400 people in attendance, which is a remarkable turnout for a region this size," Cascioli said. "Interest and participation continue to grow each year, and we are proud to serve as a conduit for facilitating the employment needs of both local businesses and residents.”
Booth spaces are available for businesses looking to connect with job-seekers. Deadline to reserve booth space is Monday. Contact Recruitment Executive Scott Perritano at 315-792-5113.
