An emotionally disturbed person "jumped off" the parking garage at the St. Elizabeth's Campus of the Mohawk Valley Health System on Friday morning, said Utica police Lt. Bryan Coromato.
Coromato said the person jumped at around 10:35 a.m. The extent of the person's injuries is unknown.
In a statement Friday, the Mohawk Valley Health System said the individual "fell" from an upper level of the parking garage. That person was not a patient at the facility, according to the statement.
"Emergency Medical Services responded and the individual is being treated at in (sic) the Emergency Department of (St. Elizabeth's)," the statement read. "No other information is available at this time."
