A Syracuse man has been charged with felony DWI and several other offenses after allegedly driving through a section of the State Fairgrounds while intoxicated, state police said.

Police say Glenn Krisak, 46, had a blood alcohol content of 0.3 percent — nearly four times the legal limit — when he drove through an interior section of the fairgrounds while "large amounts" of pedestrians were present.

Krisak is charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, as well as drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and failure to obey a traffic control device, both traffic violations, police said.

He was arraigned in Solvay Town Court and sent to the Onondaga County jail without bail, police said.
