* Corey Lewandowski, 21, of Burlington Flats, previously pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, was sentenced as a second felony offender to 2½ to 5 years in prison.

* Ler Moo, 20, of Utica, entered a plea of guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 24.

* Galin Seabron, 23, of Rome, entered plea of guilty to attempted third-degree burglary, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 24.

* Dale Beaty, 29, of Rome, entered a plea of guilty to second-degree burglary, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 26.

* Gabriel Cruz, 21, of Utica, previously entered a plea of guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to one year in prison with one year post release supervision.

* Jesse Ford, 65, of Utica, previously entered a plea of guilty to failure to notify change of address, was sentenced to one year in Oneida County jail.

* Zachariah Muller, 39, of Utica, previously entered a plea of guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 3½ years in prison with two years of post release supervision.

* Anayza Piedra, 26, of New York City, previously entered a plea of guilty to attempted first-degree promoting prison contraband, was sentenced to three months in Oneida County jail and five months of probation.

* Anthony Rhodes, 49, of Utica, entered a plea of guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 24.

* Marisaa DeAngelo, 24, of Utica, entered a plea of guilty to third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 25.

* Renee Fatta, 34, of New Hartford, entered a plea of guilty to seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to time served.

* Dion Silvagnoli, 19, of Utica, previously entered a plea of guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, was sentenced to 3½ years in prison with five years of post release supervision.

* Kellan Winslow, 32, of Utica, entered a plea of guilty to third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 25.

* Malik Jones, 22, of Utica, entered a plea of guilty to third-degree burglary, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 25.

* Richard Nellenbach, 27, of Lowville, entered a plea of guilty to three counts of third-degree burglary, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 25.

* Pavel Brutsky, 46, of Utica, previously entered a plea of guilty to third-degree grand larceny, was sentenced to time served in Oneida County jail, five years of probation and has paid restitution in full.

* Justin Donai, 26, of Rome, entered a plea of guilty to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Donai is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 11.

* Emlyn Light, 51, of Whitesboro, entered a plea of guilty to aggravated operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a felony. Light was sentenced to six months in Oneida County jail, three-year conditional discharge with ignition Interlock, 18 months license revocation and a $2,000 fine.

* Heather Piacentino, 27, of Utica, entered a plea of guilty to first-degree falsifying business records, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 27.

* Reyes Acquino-Canario, 29, of Massachusetts, previously entered a plea of guilty to first-degree assault. Acquino-Canario was sentenced to six years in prison with five years of post release supervision.

* Gerald Brazie, 49, of Texas, previously entered a plea of guilty to failing to notify of change of address, was sentenced to one year in Oneida County jail.

* Justine Christman, 27, of Rome, entered a plea of guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 15.

* Natalie Harris, 24, of Rome entered a plea of guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 15.

* Tevon Orr, 20, of Rochester, entered a plea of guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 27.

* Devin Ross, 22, of New Hartford, entered a plea of guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, is scheduled to be sentenced Sept.29.

* William Brooks, 24, of Utica, previously entered a plea of guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced as a second felony offender to four years in prison with three years of post release supervision.

* Julian Chenier, 35 of California, entered a plea of guilty to third-degree grand larceny, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 31.

* Sarah Ferguson, 34, of Clayville, was previously convicted of first-degree manslaughter, two counts of first-degree assault and two counts of first-degree gang assault, was sentenced to a total of 25 years in prison with 10 years of post release supervision.

* David Smith, 51, of Utica, entered a plea of guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 31.

* Robert Webster, 43, of Verona Beach, entered a plea of guilty to third-degree criminal mischief, is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 27.
