The Draken is coming.

The Draken is coming.

Being touted as the world’s largest Viking ship, Draken Harald Harfagre will dock in Little Falls this weekend.

The ship left Norway at the end of April to participate in the Tall Ships Race in the Great Lakes. As of 1 p.m. Wednesday, it was at Oneida Lake.

“I’m proud of the crew and the achievements we have made along the way,” said Captain Bjorn Ahlander in a release. “It has not been easy. We have faced a lot of problems along this voyage, but the crew have been in good spirit and worked hard all the way.”

There will be deck tours in Little Falls at from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Tours cost $10 for adults, $5 for children and those under 6 years old can enter for free.
